Project title: Age of Migration
Project summary: The project aims to contribute to the development of new approaches of the intercultural learning in the contemporary Europe and the world, which was previously identify as a need to step back from the approached which promotes nationalisms and focus on the cherishing diversity, competences of co-living and anti-racist education.

Global Lab in Action
2019 - 2022
Project title: GLOBALAB in Action!
Project summary: GLOBALAB IN Action! is the follow-up project on 2 previous initiatives with the same title involving 7 partners from Europe and Africa: Lithuania, Spain, Bulgaria, Greece, Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya. It aims to foster quality improvements in youth work in order to broaden active participation of young people in project partner countries and empower them to take action towards meeting the targets of the SDG agenda.

P-Action

Project title: P-Action
Project summary: P-Action ¨Personal is Political¨ is the Capacity Building project that aims on empowering young people, and equipping them with tools to stand up as leaders in their local communities, and especially to act as role models. With the project we will further define the model of P-Action, that comes from the slogan personal is political, and encourages people to undertake actions, since all our behaviors can have the political impact and can positively influence our society. We plan to work with young people to encourage them to be a role models, to stand up for the issues important for them, and then to share personal stories.

Project summary: SCRED (Sport Community Reported) employs the potential of Sport and Community Reporting to empower youth workers in Europe and Africa in stimulating the recognition and use of Sport in its quality as agent of community participation and approach to address the problems and needs of society and, particularly, disadvantaged young people.

Objective:
- Producing and piloting Training Format for developing youth workers as trainers in community reporting programmes targeted at young people who are active in Sport;

- Carrying out a phase of local activity where in Sport community reporters will collect community insights on the local added value of Sport, producing reports, digital products (Videos) and implementing final events;

Global Lab goes Global
2018 - 2019
GLOBALAB is a capacity building follow up process coordinated by Global Citizen Academy in partnership with Cazalla Intercultural, PEN, Young People We Care, Tanzania Youth Cultural Exchange Network, and Soul-Xpressions. Project seeks functional links and synergies between youth work and the Sustainable Development Agenda. Sub-Saharan African and European partners are working together on improving competences in youth work, its quality and recognition, and to foster new non-formal learning mobility schemes.

Aim:
- The project aims at developing the competences of youth workers in the area of facilitating the Global Learning, free of Eurocentric approach, and focused on the real life examples. The European partnership has already created the manual GLOBALAB and the mobile application based on the 6 steps approach that aims to activate young people to take actions in areas that interest them, and they find important.
Objectives:
- To enhance cooperation between youth organizations from different regions of the world engaging young people in global education processes and SDG agenda.
- To improve quality of youth work and non-formal education among engaged partners addressing global issues.
- Provide mobility opportunities for youth workers and young people to foster their competences and increase their motivation to actively participate in their society, especially focusing on tackling global issues.
- To pilot and disseminate the practices for making global education through real case studies and new IT solutions.

Art and culture were our main focus as we weaved through and about the concept of Unity amongst people of different social backgrounds, beliefs, education and life experiences in general.
Soul and Soil
2017 - 2018
Project title: Soul and Soil
Project summary: The project proposes to explore non-formal education methodologies through sports to support and train youth and youth workers to manage social related challenges in their immediate communities such as conflict resolution, peace building, collaboration and creativity, and to use sports as a tool of education to intervene on the situation of abandonment and social exclusion of street youth (age 10-20) in the slums of Kampala. The project will hold training workshops for youth workers to equip them with tools to support the youth they work with every day.
